Sleep and the night routine can be such a struggle --- especially for neurodiverse individuals and children.

As a neurodivergent individual myself and having a beautiful neurodivergent child I have spent many years researching and trialing products.

I am very proud to have compiled a collection of products that I have found over the years to be beneficial in helping both myself and my daughter with calming down for sleep after a tough and overwhelming day.
