My name is Rebecca, I am the creator and owner of Kidsnest as well as a very proud mum to 3 beautiful girls ranging in ages from 6 to 13 years.

 In July 2019 with the support of my 3 beautiful daughters  I decided it was time to take the leap and follow my dream of starting my own small business.

I wanted to be able to allow families both local and afar access to products that I struggled to find suitable for my childrens needs, being a sensory mother myself I know the struggle of finding the perfect products to help with regulation and the daily routine.

During my 15+ years of nursing I have grown a passion and learnt alot about individuals with anxiety and on the spectrum.

I know first hand how sensory items can help improve concentration and focus especially for those who need to keep their hands busy to be able to listen and attend.

My sensory range is perfect for individuals of all ages to help calm in situation when you are feeling over whelmed.

I stock a wide range of sensory aids to help you or your child reach their goals, All of the items I stock have been thoroughly researched and tested for your peace of mind.

I personally use alot of the products I stock in my home with my children.

I am dedicated to sourcing and stocking quality eco friendly products that are educational and affordable.

In July 2020 I opened up my first store in my home town of Lismore, with the support from so many beautiful families and businesses in December 2020 Kidsnest relocated to a larger shop in the Lismore cbd which we now proudly call home.

I am currently researching and expanding my range slowly,  including products to help with emotional recognition as this is something I feel is very important.
