A flat rate delivery fee of $14.99 is charged per order, I try to keep shipping as low as I can however due to recent increases by the couriers on my end I have had to increase the shipping rate.

Excluding bulky items*** These are charged by weight and size.

We ship orders from our shop front in Lismore nsw within 2-4 business days of your purchase.

If you purchase a back order item you will be notified via email, Delivery time will be delayed due to this.

Your tracking number will be provided to you via email once your order has been sent.

 

LOCAL PICK UP:

If you live in the Lismore area free local pick up can be arranged.

Please select this option at checkout and I will contact you to arrange collection.

 

REFUNDS:

We accept returns only on products that are faulty or defected, If you happen to have this issue please contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will address this

If the products is deemed as faulty a refund or a store credit may be offered to you. 

We do not accept returns due to change of mind, however we do allow the option of a store credit if the item is in its original purchase state with tags attached and you have proof of purchase.

Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase date.
