Unlike other playdough and sensory play industries, the main ingredient of MakeMUD is soil or sand, reducing the need to use food ingredients for play. So much of the earth is farmed to grow food for humans, and there is a worldwide responsibility to minimise food waste.

Muddly Puddly Laboratory is committed to providing an alternative, sustainable option for sensory play by being soil-based. The little flour used is certified organic, which hopefully supports farming practices that are kinder to the planet. All packaging is certified 100% compostable.

Our natural MakeMUD products provide wonderfully tactile and sensory play experiences, supporting cognitive growth, fine and gross motor skills, scientific thinking and problem solving skills, language development, mindfulness, and creativity.

Children can experiment with adding their own dried petals, bioglitter, colours, fragrance, herbs, spices... with MakeMUD, the child is the creator!
