NDIS ORDERS:

 

If you are wanting to shop with us and use your NDIS funding you can do this Online or In-store.

We absolutely love being able to provide you with ideas of aids and educational toys that will help support your child's learning journey and encourage them to reach their goals sooner.

If you are self Managed

Shop online or pop in to our store and pay as a normal sale.

Select self-managed at checkout- this will automatically send you the invoice you require to complete your reimbursement of funds.  

Log onto the NDIS portal and request reimbursement of the funds spent.

Plan Managed

Please follow instructions at checkout and ensure that you put your plan managers email in so the invoice goes directly to them for approval and payment. 

ALL ONLINE ORDERS MUST BE PAID FOR WITHIN 2 WEEKS OF YOUR ORDER OR IT WILL BE CANCELLED 

 

Please include the items, and the required information, such as weight, size, 

• Your Plan Manager is responsible for assessing whether the items you have selected are appropriate for your child and their NDIS plan. 

 

•  All orders will be held for 14 days if the funding has not cleared during this time you will be contacted, and your order will be cancelled.

 

• Your order may be delayed if the stock is sold out when your payment comes through you will need to allow extra time for us to order them for you, as orders are not packed until funds clear.
